• Payment Processing: Invoicing and payment platforms used to facilitate retainer billing.

• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority in the UAE or another applicable jurisdiction.

• Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, data may be transferred as part of that transaction — with prior notice to affected parties where possible.

All third-party tools we use are evaluated for data security compliance. We do not share client data with marketing agencies, data brokers, or any external parties for commercial purposes.
